These terms apply to your use of pavlinodigital.com and to services provided by Pavlino Digital Solutions OPC Private Limited ("Pavlino", "we", "us"). A signed proposal for a specific project takes priority over these terms where they differ.

1. Services and proposals

The scope, deliverables, fees and timeline for each engagement are set out in a written proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.

2. Fees and payment

Fees are agreed in advance and payable as stated in the proposal. For clients in India, prices exclude GST, which is charged at the applicable rate. We may pause work on overdue accounts.

3. Advertising spend and third-party costs

Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to platforms such as Google and Meta and are not part of our fee. Third-party costs, such as WhatsApp Business messaging, CRM or software subscriptions, hosting or domain renewals, are your responsibility unless the proposal says otherwise.

4. No guaranteed results

Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition, your offer and how leads are followed up. We commit to doing the agreed work professionally and reporting transparently, but we do not guarantee specific numbers of leads, sales or rankings.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access, information and approvals; to ensure your products, claims and content are lawful and accurate; and to comply with the advertising policies of Google, Meta and other platforms.

6. Ownership

Advertising accounts, domains and your data remain yours. On full payment, you own the landing pages, copy and deliverables created specifically for you. We may reuse our general methods, templates and know-how.

7. Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's confidential business information private and use it only for the engagement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for those services in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or platform decisions such as ad disapprovals or account suspensions.

9. Ending an engagement

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with 30 days' written notice, unless the proposal states otherwise. Fees for work completed up to that date remain payable, and we will hand over your accounts and assets.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
